“The actual order of the voucher and getting in and the actual place was brilliant. What wasn’t was trying to obtain the audio guide which was awful. If there wasn’t a Spanish guide who spoke English who kindly helped me I would have had no clue as to how to download the guide. If it had been made clear it was on the voucher and the exact steps - when one has wi-fi !!! Which is not always the case and the signal was quite poor around the building, I could have done it prior to the visit. It was really frustrating and note to others u can’t go round…”
